g87
Hello,The problem I encounter is somewhat unusual and does not happen on other shops (other hosting).A customer has a shop hosted on a server under CentOS/Plesk 11. The version of PrestaShop is 1.5.6.0.Some products have attachments that you can download, but the download is extremely slow: more than a minute for a 5 MB file!On Firefox for example, the download progress bar freezes during the duration of the download and then, 100% in a split second. The same problem occurs in other browsers.I think the readfile function must be a problem on this hosting and I suspect a configuration that does not function properly.I tried to place the same file on a hosted elsewhere shop and the file is downloaded quickly without problems. If I try to access the file by its URL (on slow hosting) charging is also done smoothly, quickly, and general shop displays in times quite correct.Has anyone ever encountered this? Is there a configuration or parameter in Plesk it would modify or control?Note that I have access to server configuration files, unlike a shared hosting.Thank you in advance g87
