welchrj Posted February 17, 2015 Share Posted February 17, 2015 I upgraded to prestashop 1.6.0.9 and then upgraded my hosting from a shared account to VPS. After the VPS upgrade I get the following error when I try to batch print my invoices by status. I contacted my hosting provider and they worked on it for hours and in the end said that we will need to contact prestashop to troubleshoot. Here is the error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/libert48/public_html/tools/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 25899 I increased my server timeout to 10 minutes and upped the memory to over 512mb. I went in and checked the file permissions. The folder for pdf is set to 755 and the files are set to 644. I'm still getting the same issue. Please help.
