EastCoastCarParts
Hi, I installed Paymill module, I created Paymill account (test mode now), I saved public and private API test keys in module. Information was saved in the module, after this webhook apeard in dashbord on Paymill account. So there is some communication between module and Paymill account. I'm trying to use test information provided by Paymill: https://developers.paymill.com/en/reference/testing/ Im trying to buy something in my shop: Link: http://east-coast-car-parts.pswebshop.com/ Login: [email protected] Password: [email protected] At the end, step no 5, I have to input information like cedit card no etc and click buton "ORDER" (in my case text is "Pay and order"). Nothing is happening after this. I'm using Prestashop in cloud version, I uninstalled module and installed it again, reset it and nothing. You can click once and button is frozen, you don't have to use any card data, there is no error information etc. Attached printscreen. Problem is on Linux + Firefox and Widnows + Chrome, two different machines. I need your help, what is wrong and how to fix it. Above is test login and password into my shop, you can login and try to place order.
bellini13
I tried and it appears there is a javascript error. You can see this error by pressing F12 key when using Chrome, and looking at the javascript console Uncaught ReferenceError: paymill is not defined v_4_b5e9d63cf7a374072e101aec4c53ca23.js:716 You have CCC enabled for javascript, so it is difficult to see what is wrong. I would suggest you disable CCC and try again.
EastCoastCarParts
Thanks a million for quick reply. CCC is switched off now (printscreen). I don't have an access to Chrome now, but to be honest, if there is any java problem, I have no idea how to fix it. It is weird, I'm using standard Prestashop cloud version, never change anything in file system.
bellini13
The error is here. It is not an issue with Prestashop, it is an issue with the Paymill module. PaymillCheckout.js:34 Uncaught ReferenceError: paymill is not defined PaymillCheckout.js:34 I searched the addons store and I cannot locate a Paymill module, so I suspect one of 2 things1) module does not support PS v1.6.0.11 2) module does not support the PS cloud Where ever you obtained the module from, you should likely contact them and request support
EastCoastCarParts
Module was available on the list, supplied with Prestashop Cloud. I just installed it Thank you for your help. It looks that I have to wait for update. Edit: Prestashop Cloud - PrestaShop version 1.6.0.11 When I used filter in add-ons shop "Prestashop cloud compatible" Paymill is on the list. http://addons.prestashop.com/en/payments-gateways-prestashop-modules/17640-pigmbhpaymill.html Edited February 16, 2015 by EastCoastCarParts (see edit history)
bellini13
Interesting, if you search for the module it does not show up. I do see it from your link however Well, I would normally suggest contacting the developer and reporting the issue. However this is a free module provided by Prestashop. Let's see if they honor their statement... The module PAYMILL for PrestaShop has been developed by the PrestaShop team, guaranteeing full compatibility with PrestaShop's e-commerce software. EastCoastCarParts
I don't know how, but now Paymill works ok. Maybe CCC need some time to reset?
Chrisi1321
Hi! I have the same issue, but I found out that there is a bug with Cloudflares Rocket Loader. Is there any chance of getting support?
EastCoastCarParts
Try to change CCC settings, then clean cache memory, and wait a while.
