sagenterprises
After installing the eBay Module in Backoffice, My Module list is not opening/ showing up. On Clicking Module at Backoffice, it just simply redirects to our home page. So I am not even able to install/ uninstall/ edit any module from my backoffice. I would be hight Obliged, if in any case anyone can help in this matter
Xavier du Tertre
This is not the right forum for this topic, I'm moving it. Remember: the PrestaShop forum is one of the biggest there is and a wise choice for a new thread means more replies, better replies, neater forums and a more efficient Community! Enrique Gómez
I had the same problem (in fact one of my clients). In my case the problem was the powtag module I had to delete the folder Regards
sagenterprises
Yeah, even my problem was found to be Powatag. But I also came across another (given below) error which gets listed after opening Modules from Back Office while opening menu after the folder deletion from /modules folder. 2 errors [additionalproductstabs] Error found in config file: Start tag expected, '<' not found [addthisplugin] Error found in config file: Start tag expected, '<' not found Request you to please help, if you have any clue on how to correct this.... sagenterprises
Solved... https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/252541-bankwire-an-error-was-found-in-config-file/
Enrique Gómez
What I find absolutely incredible is that you install the module from a banner in the Dashboard and it breaks the access to the module section... (1.5.6.2)
sagenterprises
Whats more... no one is is trying to make the product banned so that it stops further issues. Also, no one at Prestashop is trying to investigate into the matter. I wrote to Powatag team also, but to vein.
Hrusoo
I had also the same problem and this "caused" powatag module I had to delete the folder and everything is already OK.
Vivek Reddy
Phew....Thanks a lot. I was going crazy and had no clue that a single module could break the entire module section. Powatag was the culprit. Edited April 29, 2015 by vivekvardhan.s (see edit history)
