I have configured my products, their weight, the transport, the temrs, apparently is everything already setted. But when a customer makes a purchase, he or she sees the shipping cost but when they pay the shipping cost desapeers. I have been trying to buy as customer and everything was perfect, This problem is driving me mad. I wish if someone could help me givving me any clue or any solution. Thank you in advance. Edenpart Posted February 6, 2015 Author Share Posted February 6, 2015 my customers says that they see the price of the shipping service, they choose the shipping fare and service, and then, when they go to paypal or bank transfer, they discover they paid less... with a reason I don't know the website removes the shipping quantity.
