How can I have a table in PS1.6.11

Hi,

 

I am trying to create a table that looks like this:

 

 

    XXXXX

XXXXXXX

XXXXXXX

XXXXXXX

 

that is a table with the top most left cell removed. My problem is when I set table border to 1,  my frame is encompassing the first cell. I want to make it so that table with frame does not look like a square,but a table missing left corner. I can do it in excel, but not in PS1.6 CMS

 

Also, how do I define background colors for different rows/columns in CMS for PS? I cannot find a way to do it without modifying source code? Is there a free module that makes it easier to write articles / tables for CMS?

You can create tables in CMS pages. TinyMCE contains table plugin. So it should be about right styles only.
