slow load time of my website

hello my website load time about 5 seconds and this is my server
Dual Processor Octo Core Xeon 2650 - 2.00GHz (Sandy Bridge) - 2 x 20MB cache
16 GB Registered DDR3 1333
200 GB SSD
500 GB SATA II
10 Gbps Public & Private Network Uplinks

Ah, it's the back office? Consider the latest prestashop being helluva slow on the back office.
Still, it doesn't look that slow, it says 271ms even if the loaded file size is  quite big

ps does not treat bo like front office, i.e. no ccc of .css no ccc of .js no loading of javascript bottom + CCC .  These are obviously must have for front office yes?  You want these options in back office?  Module BoZoom baby.
