Shop E-mail Won't Change

I am having an issue with the shop e-mail..

 

Originally when I set up the store I set it up before I set up the store e-mail so I just used my personal e-mail. Before the store went live I changed the e-mail in Preferences - > Store Contacts -> Shop Email to the stores e-mail.

 

Now this is where it gets weird. No matter how many times I change this it reverts back to my personal e-mail.

 

Any ideas on why this is happening?

 

I am using PrestaShop version 1.6.0.9.

I hadn't but it isn't a cache issue. I changed the e-mail when the store went live and then the personal e-mail returned and I doubted myself and figured I must have forgot so I changed it again. This happened a few times and in December I am 100% certain no doubt I changed it. Today someone responded to an order confirmation and it popped up in my personal e-mail. I have changed it today from multiple computers and with multiple browsers and still won't change.

 

I'm pretty sure I can change it manually in the database if it comes to that but I figured I'd ask in case this was a known problem or in case someone else is having the same issue.
