Caos Unlimited
Good evening, i have a problem. I have PS 1.6.0.9 and the module Homepage editor have problems with IE and Firefox browsers. (no problems with Safari Opera, Chrome). My website is www.caosunlimited.com and the problem as you can see (ONLY using IE or Firefox) is that on the right, the theme cut my picture DJ Hi-Fi.In the line 44 of global.css i have:max-width:100%; width:auto; height:auto; vertical-align:middle; If i do the following changes: max-width:auto height:auto; vertical-align:middle; I see everything fine from PC in any browser, but from smartphone it become a disaster and in the pc i loose the Responsive. So i deleted totally the module Homepage editor, and then reinstalled it, nothing changed, always same problem. Can someone help me? Why Only IE and Firefox give this problem!? Thank youVincenzo ChiricoDigitalMania
tuk66
Your images are 370px x 177px and Chrome shrinks them to 312px x 149px, whereas Firefox doesn't. Use smaller images ar change their style to comply both browsers.
Caos Unlimited
Yes it is the solution! I did it first but I made the mistake that i used the exact name of the 370x177 px. Now, once resized i changed the name of the image and now fworks on Firefox and IE. Yeahhh
