variosso Posted January 23, 2015 Share Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) Hi Guys, I'm using PrestaShop 1.6.0.9 and get the blank page when I'm trying to save the products. I turned the error reporting and I get the following error when I try to save products: Warning: tempnam(): open_basedir restriction in effect. variosso Posted January 24, 2015 Author Share Posted January 24, 2015 Yeah, I use CleanURLs module that's why it is probably overriding. I have fixed the problem, found a solution to it on our Italian forum. I still get blank pages when saving products etc. I tried disabling overriding but I still get them, with or without CleanURLs module so I don't think that the module is creating a problem. I just had a look at ADVANCED PARAMETERS => CONFIGURATION INFORMATION and I can see the following information: Server information Linux #1 SMP Tue Sep 16 14:26:20 UTC 2014 x86_64 Server software version Apache PHP version 5.6.5 Memory limit 128M Max execution time 50 Problem is I have no control over this file so cannot change it.
