mattogwd
Hey All, Example of an old page: www.cellularwindowshades.com/cordless-shades.html. Thanks in advance! Edited January 21, 2015 by mattogwd (see edit history)
mikewra
Went to your shop, looks nice, but couldn't find where you are getting that redirect. The links on your cordless-shades page seem to be working fine.
mikewra
Sorry, misunderstood your post. Check your .htaccess file for the redirect to 404. See, for example of instructions, https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/how-to/setting-a-404-error-page-via-htaccess
mattogwd
Sorry, the forum was having issues yesterday, couldn't post the whole scenario. Still having issues.. http://cellularwindowshades.com/blog/shades-vs-blinds-whats-the-big-difference/ https://cellularwindowshades.com/blog/shades-vs-blinds-whats-the-big-difference/ Edited January 21, 2015 by mattogwd (see edit history)
mikewra
Maybe try to have the shop reset the .htaccess file. Go to back office, preferences, SEO & URLs, scroll down, whatever you have friendly URL set to (yes, no) click on the one not selected. Clcik save. Wait till it processes that, then put it back to your preference. Click save. That should reset the .htaccess file, as I understand it, and hopefully you'll get the correct 404 page.
