[email protected] Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 (edited) I'm having problems importing products to my prestashop cloud server using the prestashop products csv sample file. Is looks like a server time out. There are 7 products in the sample file.. Still it takes up to 5 minutes (give or take) to upload them. After that time my prestashop back-office returns me to the csv file selection page. without a success message. There is no error message. Occasionally it seems to work, but only after a very long time .. about as much at i need to import 7 items manually . Larger csv files do not work ... (I am trying to import 7k+ items (that I am willing to import using multiple files .. just not over a thousand )) Is there a problem server side .. Is there something i am doing wrong ..
