bellini13
What version of Prestashop? And what is an article?
kalua
Hey Bellini Thanks for your reply. I'am using 1.6.0.9 ... Article means a product - sorry for the misunderpretation, using my Backend in German where product is called "artikel" ;-)
bellini13
Do you receive a similar error if you try to Add or Delete a product? Did you upgrade or do something recently to your store?
kalua
Hey Bellini Not when deleting a product. But when adding a product I recieve similar errors, but some changes are saved. Strange by that, i recieve the information that i have to save the product first before i can do further changes ... but it is saved in the product list. What we have done so far ... Finished the whole Shop in a subfolder and made a test all over. Everythings running fine ... After that we transfered the shop to the main directory and changed the necessary parameters. But what happend at the same time that the webhosting company made some changes (max input 30 etc but this are turned back to 300). I think that these might be a problem too Maybe these changes are a reason ... I will send you via PM a link to the phpinfo() i made to see the php datas if that will be fine for you Kind regards
bellini13
What if you install another instance of Prestashop in a test folder to see if that will work properly? That should confirm if the hosting company changes broke something. If the test store works properly, then you know it is something specific to your store. Unfortunately there is just not enough information to help solve your problem.
kalua
Hey Bellini Thanks, just uploading a new version to test it in a subfolder if the setup is running fine
kalua
Hey Bellini The test in the subfolder looks good - therefor the problem will be in prestashop directly. I have absolutly no idea what to do or where to start to solve the problem. Strange also the following thing ... When I open a product and just try to save it again, i get the information that it has to be in a category - but it is ... take a look at the image: Hm
