When i click on complite my order button prestashop doesn't generate the invoice and i got blank page. The error is this Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 335544320 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/labeks.com/httpdocs/tools/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 8650 Also i have this error in product page Notice: Undefined index: groups in/var/www/vhosts/labeks.com/httpdocs/cache/smarty/compile/02/03/af/0203af012497972c9a3172cfc12821139d8d0bcb.file.product.tpl.phpon line 857 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
tuk66 Posted January 23, 2015 Share Posted January 23, 2015 335544320 bytes is 320M. You must have a serious memory problem, likely in a module. Recommended memory is 64M.Can you try a different payment method as well as carrier? Can you disable almost all modules and try the order again?
