I've been having some developers at ModuleBazaar add functionality with their Dropship module so that there will be FedEx label printing functionality. Now, all of a sudden, when I try to log in as a test user, the screen simply goes blank and I can no longer see the website. Any ideas why this would happen? The developers told me to contact my hosting service, which I did. My hosting service said it's a developer issue. So, which is it? I'm siding on the fact that it's the developers. tomerg3 Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Did you try to enable dev mode (/config/defines.inc.php)? If you still get a white screen, you may want to check the Apache Error log, as it could be a syntax error in a PHP file which is not showing on the screen. rgwhitaker Posted January 9, 2015 Author Share Posted January 9, 2015 Yes. I turned on dev mode in the defines.inc.php file. It stayed blank. But if I exited out, then came back into my browser I was able to go to the website, but there was nothing but a HUGE error on the screen. Is there a way to attach a file.
