Popular Menu hover issue HELP Please

My New Arrivals and Popular is doing strange things when I hover over popular. I need the behavior on the hover to be the default for the popular bar and want to just change the color of popular and new arrivals. Thank you.

Just my opinion but i would lose the text shadow in the footer

 

just comment out or remove the text-shadow in global.css

.footer-container #footer ul li a {
    font-weight: bold;
    text-shadow: 1px 1px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.4);
}
