Change menu appearance

Hello guys, please help me with this.

 

On my home page I have menu at left side.
I have a text "categories" and under that, my product categories.

 

Problem is: when I go to a product for example, the left menu disappear and I have to click "categories" text to see all my categories created.

 

Is there a way to let "categories" expanded all over my site?
