asgllccb Posted November 4, 2014 Share Posted November 4, 2014 I have updated to prestashop 1.6.0.8 and just noticed that my products are not displaying in the front office. Everything is there until I actually click on a product to pull up it's individual page...then I just get a blank white page. Urgent! Please help!!!! Secondly, make sure your .htaccess file (under root folder) is writable. Thirdly, go to Back office > Preferences > SEO & URL, click "Save". Refresh the frontend page. Hope this's helpful for you. If it does not work, I'm afraid that, you have to investigate for further information. But I did find this under a 1.5 posting that had someone at the end with the same problem with 1.6. This solved it... http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/292094-solved-blank-product-page/page-2 Apparently that wish list module is causing problems. Although I would be a nice fix if that module were working right because people really do use that wish list feature. It's worth more though to be able to see product.
