I upgraded from 1.4.8.2 to 1.6.0.9 and the Customers page is like above, white with text only. I have made a copy of my entire prestashop 1.4.8.2 store and upgraded (second time) to 1.6.0.9 then I copied the theme from the previous store copy and this time it seems that the customer layout page works.
