Aardvark1971
I'm trying to change the default text color for Prestashop 1.6. It is currently a grey color that is hard to read against a white background. My customers are complaining, and so I want to change it to black. How do I change this? thepan
Which text do you mean? You need to edit the related css files in your theme folder "root/themes/yourtheme/css/somefile" depends on what text.
Aardvark1971
I want to change all of the text used on CMS pages, Home Text Editor, any of the text for drop down menus, etc. Basically absolutely everything that's text based on the default-bootstrap theme. I can change the color manually on the CMS editor, but that's a complicated way of doing it (and it doesn't always work as it seems to be overidden by something in the CSS), and it inserts a lot of extra code. thepan
Thats why you need to change the css itself. You could try and play around with the developer tool of your browser. Its getting late and I am off to bed, but I will give you some advice tomorrow. Good night.
