larsblancohansen Posted October 17, 2014 Share Posted October 17, 2014 Hi Guys, I have updated special discounts for three new customer groups I have created (Silver, Gold, Platinum). See here: http://www.desperatehousewine.com/55-10-wines as example. When I visit as anonymous visitor I can browse the entire site. When I log in under my Platinum user id, I can only see the products in the list but when I click on the product I cannot open the product page. I end up on an error page with this text: Most likely causes:The website is under maintenance. The website has a programming error. If I log out and browse anonymously, I can enter the product page, put the product in the cart and go to check-out. Then I log in and get my special discount. I have checked that the categories that the product is in includes the customer group. I have checked on the product page in back office that the link matches the link when I click the product in front office. Does anyone have a solution to this?
