Refunds

Hello,

 

Does anyone know how to do a refund for a virtual product from the BO, at the moment the only way seems to be to get the customer to do a return which is inconvenient, or from PayPal.

 

All help is appreciated.

Doesn't the module include a 'refund' section in the order details in the back office?

 

 

 

Yes, but it doesn't do anything unless the product has been returned, which is really no good for virtual products.
