webbwayne Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 Hey everyone, so I ran into an interested bug I can't figure out -- when I added some sub-categories today and for some strange reason they aren't showing up in the associations tab when adding a product? Anyone run into this problem? Here are some pics. One is showing that I did create the sub-categories under Monitor Cases & Accessories, and the other is showing that the sub-categories aren't showing up in the associations tab under products. webbwayne Posted January 21, 2015 Author Share Posted January 21, 2015 (edited) Did you try clearing the cache? That worked for me. Advanced Parameters->Performance->Clear Cache at top of page. JoelWebsites Posted January 22, 2015 Share Posted January 22, 2015 (edited) I have found the issue.I had nleft and nright values zero for these new categories..You will need to insert some values for nleft and nright in the ps_category table if these values are 0...Also see that these new values that you insert are already used by some another category whose values are not zero...See the screenshort for better understanding..
