Whispar1 Posted September 24, 2014 Share Posted September 24, 2014 After numerous problems updating from 1.5.3.1 to 1.6.0.9, I started building a dev site with a fresh install of 1.6.0.9. After moving the product product database files over from the 1.5 site to the 1.6 site, the thumbnail image when an item is added to cart is missing. The path to the image is trying to use the old path from the 1.5 install. Even if I upload a new image for the item in 1.6, it still does not change. I have regenerated thumbnails but no change. Dh42 Posted September 24, 2014 Share Posted September 24, 2014 How long ago did you upgrade the shop? It is looking like the image table was not properly upgraded. I took your suggestion and built the dev site with a fresh install of 1.6.0.9 I exported pertinent db files and imported into the new database. Most everything worked really well (customer data, sales history, etc...) but the product import not so much. Most everything is there with the exception of the thumbnail issue. What did not transfer over smoothly is: product images, prices, and category association.
