Different sizes in payment blocks in check out

I have 2 payment options in my store, payson and paypal.

 

The payson block have the correct width, but Paypal is around 25% width comparing to payson. I have tried different solutions presented in this forum, but nothing seems to work.

 

Anyone that can help me with this one?

I have looked everywhere and I cannot find.

in module /views/ directory, or if exists in theme /modules/paypal/ directory

It was however in express_checkout_payments.tpl where i found it and modified it.
