Countries are China 's installed , the module does not paypal payment applications .
Later, I downloaded the official PayPal USA, Canada v1.3.8, installation and configuration can accept payments dollar.

note: yuan is not accepted by paypal, so if default it currency is yuan, and visitor does not change to one accepted by paypal, then paypal will not be displayed at checkout.
