Label and Span Text are missing in Various Place in Prestashop 1.6.0.8

I am using prestashop 1.6.0.8 for my e-commerce site . I Change Site's design accoring to my need on localhost but when i uploaded this prestashop on Server .Many of the default text were Disappear and make the performance disgraceful. Here is some snapshot of my problem.

Note-: Site is working fine on my Localhost.

I also download a fresh copy of prestashop and install from starting on my server but i got problem there as well.

what is your host

if website is slow, usually it's not a prestashop case, just host is slow

Is this only problem of slow host, because it's always the same

I thought if the server is slow then sometimes site has to be show all the text and sometime not.
but it is always in that case.

I just apply changes in css on localhost and after that uploaded it on server . I change the permission of all folders and subfolders . That's how i reached on this output.
