Kristian A
Hello, I am trying to configure my prestashop store, but ran up against a problem. When a costumer buys a product, they should receive an order confirmation email. If the site is being browsed in english, they do receive this message exactly as they should. When they however access the site in danish (my sites main language), they do not receive any mail. I am not really sure where the problem might be, so don't really know what aditional info to post here, but if any additional info is needed to solve this problem please say so! I use the default bootstrap theme, and prestashop 1.6.0.9 As payment module ePay is used. Edit: orders placed in english get a status right away, while orders placed in danish do not. I guess this is the reason, how can that be fixed? Any suggestions where i would have to look to solve this error? Thanks in advance Edited September 10, 2014 by Kristian A (see edit history)

Kristian A
change da to dk, that should be danish, not da, as far as I know I havent changed the name, it was called da. But i'll give renaming it a shot and come back with the result.
Kristian A
It seems to be called Da everywhere, and renaming it dk does not appear to solve the problem sadly. Any other ideas? Edit: the order, does not automaticly receive a status when the language is set to danish, is there a place i can set standard status, or is this something related to the payment module? Kristian A
I tried to install a fresh test shop, but already there it seems like the mail is not being send. Do i have to go back to an older version of prestashop? Or should the problem be fixeable?
Kristian A
The problem still persists, would really like to solve the problem ^^. Any suggestions, even long shots i could try?
NemoPS
At this point I have to presume the danish language is somehow bugged. I worked on a couple of danish stores, and the language was set to dk back then. If they changed it, there might be a difference in the iso codes
