Can't install new theme

I'm having some issue trying to install Simple Great theme i have recently
purchased. I followed all steps in instructions manual, tried to install theme manually and automatic but with no success. I tried through backoffice(Preferences/Themes/Add new theme/Import from computer) and nothing happens. I have latest version of PrestaShop 1.6.0.9.

I'll apreciate any help.

I not sure of the theme but it possibly from SMD (smart data soft) If so their is a youtube video about how to install the theme here:

 

But, If  your not sure how to do this then ask the developer to do it for you.

 

It's so much easier to have it installed by an expert of the theme
