I did cancel all previous cart rules and made a new one..could it be the problem? is the voucher field appearing only when the cart rule exist? there is one.. Only if a voucher is active the correspondent field in purchase proccess will be shown. If you feel that your problem is solved,please add [solved] before the title of this thread, just to show other with the same problem where to find the solution, too.
