Tracking Number Email

Hi,

 

I have a tracking number email that I send out and it is using the existing Smarty variable {shop_name}.  This works fine except it puts the shop name in brackets like this [The Herbs Place].

 

I want to know where I can change it to just show The Herbs Place without the brackets.

 

I am using PS 1.5.6.

Does the brackets are also present in account creation confirmation email ?

 

If the brackets are present in all your mails, most likely you can configure the shop name in Preferences/Contact or Preferences/Store

Thanks for getting back to me.  I only have a Preferences --> Store Contacts and in there the shop name is set but it shows no brackets.

 

So do you have any other suggestions?

This is only in emails and not also in all screens of the eshop ?

 

Are you using some modules related to emails ?

You are correct this is in only the emails for tracking.  I am using Mail Alerts from Prestashop and it doesn't seem to be used for the tracking emails.  That's why I think this is in the code somewhere and that's what I want to change.
