nandotx Posted August 27, 2014 Share Posted August 27, 2014 I just installed Prestashop 1.6.0.9 and run the database cleaner, it erased everything but got the following errors: - When I create a new category takes ID15 not mistaken, it should not take 1 or 2 at most once cleaned the whole BD? - I can not create sub-categories, even after creating a 3 or 4 categories. PrestaHeroes USA Posted August 27, 2014 Share Posted August 27, 2014 my tip as always is not to run cleaners. if you do not have much invested in this installation I suggest deleting it and re-installing. if it's just a matter of removing demo orders, just cancel them, disable categores, this makes the products disappear, you will soon see most of the demo data move out of sight. hope that helps some.
