Naldinho Posted August 22, 2014 Share Posted August 22, 2014 Pretty simple -- the category banners are large rectangles but the subcategories are squares. That looks really stupid when you use the same image for both. I would like to use a square image when the category is being used as a subcategory and then the rectangle image when it is being displayed at the top of the category. I did some searching and found discussion of this issue but not a solution. One of the topics had a solution but apparently it doesn't work for 1.6 because image mapping is no longer possible. If a two image solution is not possible my plan B would be to make changes so that the subcategories are also rectangles -- if I go with plan B would changing the size of those rectangles have any impact on other images that might rely on the same styling?
