mikeepee Posted August 10, 2014 Share Posted August 10, 2014 This is bizarre, I upload my products, upload the combinations, everything is fine. 2 hours later on the front office the products price has gone to 0 and the product is no longer available. In the back office, i check the product and my combinations are no longer there, I havent changed anything, its doing it on its own. Ive reuploaded the combinations and they are ok for a bit and then they disappear again. Has anybody else experienced this or anything similar and how I can I fix it? Thankyou community! mikeepee Posted August 10, 2014 Author Share Posted August 10, 2014 My fault. didnt realise that the "delete All combinations" setting applied to "All" combinations in the entire store, not just for those products i was uploading. simply reuploaded all my combinations without that setting and all was fine. durrrr Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
