Alexgaw Posted August 7, 2014 Share Posted August 7, 2014 Hi, Most pages that have Ajax calls such as on the Login or Registration page, Quick view, Order history and many more, are lacking any kind of user feedback that something is loading in the background. If user have a slow internet connection or the PS is hosted on a slow server, the ajax process can take several seconds, A user trying to login or create an account will press the CREATE AND ACCOUNT button and nothing will happening. In this time he will try to press again and again and eventual will leave this stupid page and forget about coming back to this website. PS developers, ONCE AGAIN!!! This is basic 101 user UI design. If you do something in the background LET THE USER KNOW!!! I need this to be resolved ASAP. Please provide a patch NOW!
