moonmosaic Posted July 25, 2014 Share Posted July 25, 2014 I updated the header logo but now nothing shows up. I tried different extensions, .gif. png, jpeg yet nothing. The other logos such as invoice & mail logos I was able to change without any problem. I have checked the tutorial and there is nothing indicating the header logo would need to be changed elsewhere too. Any idea? All I have is now a big question mark for the store logo. I actually made it smaller and it works on localhost. I had the original image with the upgrade and I needed to make it smaller to fit the new default theme but it doesn't show up any more. When I tried to reinstate the old logo that didn't show up either.I can't get any logo to work. I have my store in a sub directory at the moment. Where is the image path? I don't know where the files from the backoffice get loaded up but when I checked the directory the img folder did not contain the images I have been uploading.
