NILAGolf_ Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Hi, Seems that In transit email does not work like it should orI just don´t know where to put the code. 1. I get an order from a customer 2. I check the order from the BO and put the post-office follow-up code to its Place 3. Prestashops sends "In transit" email to customer. Well, everything is ok, but the code is missing from the email.
