Currently when you add something to the cart and go to check out, it only shows USPS. UPS will only be shown after the customer info is entered and save Or if the user logs in. So the new users that haven't logged in yet wont see the UPS shipping options. until they magically appear after their info is entered... I have also set UPS to show all 3; visitor, guest, and customer. Setting appear to be the same as what I have for USPS. My site is savvymarinadotcom.
