Show module to only a particular customer group?

How do i determine if the user belings to a particular customer group and then only show him a module block??

back office-->customers-->groups-->edit target group-->Authorized Modules-->select 'yes' 'no' for module in that group

             I have Two Shop Retail & Wholesale. I have to changed in authorized module selection.

  back office-->customers-->groups-->edit target group-->Authorized Modules-->select 'yes' 'no' for module in that group

but when i am save it. then some module automatically disable. How It Can Done ?

Any Solutation ..
