fawad.moon Posted July 4, 2014 Share Posted July 4, 2014 I configured Google Analytic Module, by providing username = UA-XXXX. Now on main page I can see that google analytic code is in just before closing of <body> tag. But when I go to analytic dasboard of google it says 'Tracking not installed'. I compared the code generated by Google to include on page, and code generated by Module. It seems that Module generated code has /* <![CDATA[ */ after <script type="text/javascript"> and /* ]]> */ before closing of </script> tag. I doubt that due to this CDATA, analytics not picking by Google, I think I would need to make some modification in header.tpl under 'modules\ganalytics\views\templates\hook' folder to get rid of CDATA, can someone please help me what modification should I make to get rid of this CDATA?
