El Patron Posted July 3, 2014 Share Posted July 3, 2014 I'm not expert on upgrades but my understanding is that changes outside of your theme can (and will be lost). it's best to create a test system of your product shop to test upgrades before moving forward to production. Before doing upgrade ps will tell you which files are different and will most likely be updated.
