criPresta Posted July 1, 2014 Share Posted July 1, 2014 I have been trying to upload a new image for my home page since yesterday and would not do so. I have tried as a slider and also on the home text editor tab and nothing... (Even when it says it has been successfully uploaded the image does not appear anywhere) Secondly, I have applied a discount on both £ and € and only the discount on the £ is showing, leaving the original price in € without the discount. I have tried different browsers, different computers and nothing. I really don't know what else to try... My Prestashop version is 1.4.7.0 Can anybody help? criPresta Posted July 2, 2014 Author Share Posted July 2, 2014 Yes, but for some reason it has been uninstalled and it isn't showing in the sub menu on modules any more... You mentioned trying clearing the cache... How can I do that? There is a warning under performance that mentions Memcached? Do I need to install that? You're host probably does not have the resources to run a PrestaShop store. You should seriously consider looking into new hosting. I for one, recommend InMotion hosting.
