Within one shop, from a front page (without logging and buying anything) I need a possibility for costumers to choose a region/country they are from. After choosing their region/country language, currency and taxes have to be changes accordingly. I have a software shop, company is located in EU, we need to take taxes: VAT if you are from EU and another taxes if you are from Russia, and no taxes if you are from any other country. For example: costumer from USA chooses his country, language is English, currency - dollar, no taxes are applying. Another example: costumer from Germany chooses his country, language is German, currency - euro, VAT tax is applying. I am willing to buy a plugin if there exists one. Really appreciate your help!
