daryl Posted July 14, 2008 Share Posted July 14, 2008 Hi!I'm having a good time using prestashop, I go along with it's new releases (09.7, 1 RC3, 1 RC4) and use it in my live shop. Right now I am ugrading my shop to RC 5 but I'm having trouble at installation although I did all the required concerns at pre-installation.Step 1 - I chose upgrade buttonStep 2 - After I click next button, I saw a javascript error at windows's status bar, here it is :Line : 776Char : 4Error : No such interface supportedCode : 0And the loading image keep on processing for hours and hours.... So I stop the installationMy db size is only 573kbI did the file permissionsI use I.E 7, Windows, Apache Web server, PHP 5.2.5, MySQL 5.0.45Can anybody help me fix this?Best Regards, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
