Voucher for friend using payment method

My Presta V : 1.6.0.5

 

I want to send voucher code to my friends using email address with the help of payment detail

 

Detail Description:

 GIFT VOUCHER (A form to fill)
        Buyer Details:
          Full Name, Tel, Email, Address, Amount (all required fields) 

          Voucher Details (Issued to):
          Full Name, Tel (all required fields)

      Note:
        After the form is filled redirect to online payment and then redirect back to the website for confirmation, buyer can also print the confirmation page
        An email will be send to both the administrator and the buyer for confirmation
        Below the form, we should add a note as follow "if you are an owner of a voucher, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at: xxxxx"CONTRACT

 

 

please guide me to solve this situation.
