choose language before enter website

hi every body i wonder if it ant way to put a page first to choose language before enter the website soory for my english thank you .

PrestaShop will automatically select language (when defined in back  office-->localization-->languages based on the browse language.

thank you mister elpatron but i want a splash sceen or popum and users can choose langauge first

Then you have to write code in a popup (will load on window load) & you can provide list of all languages there. On clicking any language you can fire event that prestashop use for language switcher.
