Rollback failed and backup not working

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I really hope someone can help as I'm at the end of my tether with this.

So I was installing SSL on the site which took a while but with the help of my hosting provider we did it.

I then thought I think I will upgrade to 1.6 too so to offer an up to date service to my customers. Worst decision to date.

I first backed up everything, the entire store - every folder and file, to my local drive. I used the backup db tool in back office. When I upgraded I also had autobackup on.

The upgrade went fine.

The resulting 1.6 I didn't like - it changed the dafault theme horribly, and so on and so on.

So I tried to rollback the upgrade and low and behold it failed, leaving me with a store that doesn't work. So I followed some guides to externally restore the site.

I deleted all files and replaced them with the backed up ones from my local disk and I imported my backed up database in PHPMyAdmin.

All I'm getting now is a parked domain page on both FO & BO,

Tried turning debug on but nothing comes up over the parked page.

website: www.ukrobstep.com/index.php

I have temp maintenance page on index.html

Any help is welcome if anyone has any idea,

Thanks
