Fix it! Excessive space in Product page and Check out page

It fancying a problem in my store - A huge space between the product photos and the tabs. You can chek it here:

The same problem affects the check out page. 

 

it seems easy and fast but I'm not a developer and I want to be sure about the functionality. 

 

I have other issues in the website that I want to fix too but first, I want to get to know your services.

regarding to the blank huge space between tabs and product,

you've got right column included to center column div,

this is why it's moved down, right below the right column.
