You will need to edit the product.tpl file, you'll have to add a new Tab with new content. You could either do it yourself, or paste the .tpl code and I might take a look at it. That's what I was afraid of, I can edit the tpl files no prob, I was just hoping there was a mod to do it so that I don't have to edit any future templates or worry about code getting overwritten with updates. I am using the default template and much prefer the way the tabs were done in the 1.5 version as opposed to the 1.6 version.
