zippydexter
Please help! I am not receiving many emails that people are sending to me! When I send one to me from another address, I do receive it, yet I am not receiving emails from trusted customers. I have to have them send emails directly to my Hotmail address. I am receiving emails from the system when sales are made, I am just not receiving emails to my personal prestashop email that is linked to my personal Hotmail account. Any help would be appreciated!!!! I am losing business! Michael

piku
Actually I have a similar problem that might be related: The test you described works for me also. But when I click on "payment received" I don't get any error nor any mail. When I tried to check under the "status" setup there is an option to choose an email template. For me (which is a german shop) I do not find any templates in the dropdown. Any ideas where the templates are gone? It worked in 1.5 but after the update my email templates seem to have disappeared. Which might result in emails just not send.... plz, anyone with insight, give us a hint in the right direction.... thx for reading, piku Edited May 26, 2014 by piku (see edit history)
